Patients or Consumers with a HIPAA Complaint or Problem
The federal government has created a way to receive HIPAA complaints quickly and easily over the Internet. A special division of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), called the OCR (Office for Civil Rights) is the right place to take your HIPAA complaint. Valid complaints will be investigated and acted upon by the OCR. As a small, for-profit corporation, HIPAA Group is not equipped to handle individual HIPAA complaints.

HIPAA Covered Entities, Medical Providers, or Employers with a HIPAA Question
HIPAA Group maintains a free "Ask the Expert" Service, designed for Covered Entities, healthcare professionals, and employers. Using this free service, you can ask a HIPAA-related question and get an expert response, usually within 48 hours. You can also search through previous questions to see if your question has already been answered, or to learn more about HIPAA. There is a limit of three questions per person
